Professional Football League Statement
The Professional Football League informs all professional clubs participating in the competition that, regarding the accumulation of cautions, these are cancelled starting from Matchday 15, provided that a player has not reached three (03) yellow cards.
Any player who has accumulated four (04) cautions up to and including Matchday 15 will be automatically suspended for one match after the sanction is enforced. This applies to subsequent matches, including those of the Algerian Cup starting from the Round of 16.
The accumulation of cautions is reset starting from the Round of 16 matches of the Algerian Cup and the matches that follow, in accordance with the provisions governing the warning system during the return phase, as stipulated in Circular No. 64 dated 27 November 2025, concerning registration periods (second phase) of the Algerian Football Federation.
The calculation of the suspension period begins from the next match during the return phase, starting from the Round of 16 matches of the Algerian Cup.
Newly registered players are eligible to participate in matches starting from the Round of 16 of the Algerian Cup and subsequent matches.
Any player listed on the match sheet during the Round of 16 of the Algerian Cup or a league match is not entitled to change clubs at the national level, whether before or after the return phase.
