Violation related to non-payment of debts and dues

Olympique d’Arzew (OMA):

After reviewing the documents contained in the disciplinary file, particularly the official notice issued by the Professional Football League,

after examining the financial commitment signed and approved by the management of Olympique d’Arzew on October 13, 2025,

after establishing the club’s failure to settle its debts and league dues according to the agreed schedule and after exhaustion of the legal deadline,

and pursuant to Article 93 of the Amateur Football Code,

The Disciplinary Committee decides:

The deduction of one (01) point from the points tally of Olympique d’Arzew (OMA), for violation related to non-payment of debts and dues, in accordance with Article 93 of the Amateur Football Code.
