The President of the Professional Football League, Mr. Mohamed El Amine Mesloug, accompanied by the League’s Secretary General, Mr. Mourad Boussafer took part in the General Assembly of the World Leagues Association in athene(Greece) held during its first annual meeting. He presented a comprehensive report summarizing the work carried out within the League to advance toward full professionalization across its various departments.
In his address, Mr. Mesloug highlighted the efforts undertaken to modernize governance, improve management mechanisms in line with international standards, and support clubs in their transition toward more professional administration. He also emphasized the importance of training, both for officials and for young talents who represent the future of national football.
He noted that all these initiatives fall within the strategic vision of the Algerian Football Federation, under the leadership of Mr. Walid Sadi, Minister of Sports and President of the Algerian Football Federation, which aims to strengthen the competitiveness of the Algerian championship and enhance the image of national football on the international stage.
